I've taught small culinary classes at my local community center and am available to bring some fun into your team meetings or corporate events.

My experience and cooking style:

I found my inner chef when I lived a short time in Southern Italy. While there, I gained a real appreciation for what it means to eat local. I completed culinary classes in the Amalfi Coast and Tuscany. I also achieved both a beginning and an advanced culinary certificate from the Bon Vivant School of Cooking in Seattle. I apply what I learned from these experiences to preparing my favorite dishes and sharing these with individuals who are interested in learning about cuisine.
